I told you I hate debate! I do not like debate at all. This is the worst thing I did. It isn’t enjoyable and it makes me nervous. What’s more, it may destroy the relationships between my friends and me.  The process of the debate lets me feel suffering. But, although it makes me feel uncomfortable, I still learn something from the debate unit. We should pay attention on our speaking skills when we are debating. You’d better avoid the language which may hurt or attack your “enemies” but at the same time, you should express our own opinion clearly. You need eye contact and movement when you are talking although we sit in the chairs. Listening skill is also important. You should acknowledge what your “enemies” say first. Only in this way, you can respond others right. A very important stuff is the articulation. It should be clear enough. I lost my points because the articulation wasn’t clear. What’s more, the arguments should be strong too. Only the stronger argument can win the debate. These are all I learn in the debate unit.

  Although I don’t like debating with others, I like watching others debate, especially there is an interesting topic, such as: gay, relationships between boys and girls and so on. These topics made the debate more interesting so that the people who debate won’t feel nervous.

  I don’t like debate. It let me afraid of talking… QAQ. 

Before I start writing my blog, I have something to say. Today’s homework is too much! Why can’t I write the public speaking’s reflection on weekend? I have a lot of pressure recently. I don’t know why, maybe the projects all come together so that make me too busy. But all of us are the same, why others can always be happy. I think I digress. Okay, continue the blog.

Beorn? Who is this guy? Why I don’t know? I heard that someone said he was written in “The Hobbit”, so I read it and find him in chapter 7.  He is such a nauseating man. He is a skin-changer! A furrier! He lives in a wooden house. What makes him different? That’s a very good question. First, there are many animals in his house and he never hunt or eat wild animals. He keeps hives and the hives are from the great fierce bees. I have a question: Why he isn’t stung by the bees? Someone told me that even the magic doesn’t work on him, let alone the bees.  Second, some say he is a bear descended from the ancient bear in the mountains and in that time even the giants didn’t come. Others say that he is a man descended from the first men and in that time the Smaug or the other dragons didn’t come into here and even the goblins didn’t come into the hills. His experience is very mysterious. The last but no the least, he can talk to the animals. He seems like he can understand the language of the animals.

 When I was in my middle school, the teacher would also give us report cards. But it gave me more pressure than now because the report cards were including your ranking in the class and grade. And the teacher won’t see your grade as a secret which means your grade can be seen by everyone. Some teachers may even report your grade to the whole class, if you have got a high mark, you must be proud of yourself, otherwise you will feel extremely embarrass. What’s, more, if you did bad in your test for 2 or 3 times, some schools may ask you to leave their school. Parents are really care about the report cards in China, so report cards are very horrible things and they are very dangerous too.

 But in this school, the report cards are not as horrible as the ones in my middle school. I do not know why, maybe I work harder than before. Report cards are just cards. How well you did is not that important as you think so far. It is just the beginning, if you did well, keep going, if not, working harder. I think my grade won’t be too bad, because I try my best in all the subjects. And I am brave enough to welcome report cards now. I won’t let my parents disappoint. Hope I can smile after seeing my report card. 

      I should claim that I do not like dwarves at all! Who want to be a short ugly dwarves? If I can be one character in the book, can I choose to be a human? Ah! There might no this character. Oh! What a pity!

  Okay, if I can be on r character, I want to be Thorin. Do you know why? Ha-ha! Of course you don’t know. Because he is the leader, and he is the bravest one the team. What’s more, he is also the son of the king, he had a lot of power. The most important is that he is one of the main characters in the book!

YEAH!

 Three hundred words again? Oh no! That is too horrible! I lied to you this morning, this title really scared me! I feel frightened now. And today’s topic also need me to explain. I am poor at articles analysis. When I was in primary school, my Chinese teacher always told me I can’t understand the articles. And I always lost points in the reading comprehension. I do not know whether I can understand the tone right or not. Anyway I will try my best. Try one’s best is the best.

  In chapter 2, on page 38, KIli and Fili see the red light shout out very bright through the tree-trunks not far ahead. Both of them do not go forward to find out all about the light. Instead, they ask Bilbo to go forward and find out what happened. The sentences in the book is: “ ‘Now it is the Burglar’s turn,’ They said, meaning Bilbo. ‘ You must go on and find out all about that light, and what it is for, and if all is perfectly safe and canny,’ said Thorin to the hobbit.” They let a hobbit---- the creature that not like adventure and have no experience of adventure to find out what happened in front of them. This is really funny. Suppose you are Bilbo, you are a little bit timid and do not like going on adventure. The dwarves ask you to go on to check. There may be some dangerous things happened, and the point is you can’t fight, you even can’t protect yourself.  You go to find out the red light instead of the dwarves which can fighting. Don’t you think it is funny? If you are the hobbit, I bet you won’t go on. But the funniest things happened. Bilbo goes on and really do the things that dwarves ask him to do. The dwarves also tell him if all is well, come back quickly. If not, hoot twice like a barn-owl and once like a screech-owl, and they will do what they can. Actually find out all about the light is important and also serious. Because it relates to all the guys’ safety.

 Am I right? Whether I understand the title wrong?

Tell you a secret! I wrote about  380 words!

  My favorite dwarf? I do not like dwarves. They are small and short. And they are not handsome (*^__^*). It is too difficult for me to choose my favorite dwarf.

From the book, we can know Fili and Kili are brothers. On the page 11 in the book, we can see: “Both of them wear blue hoods, silver belts, and yellow beards; and each of them carried a bag of tools and a spade.”  I like this pair of cute brothers. They are the youngest and may be the funnest guys in the team. Although both of them are lovely, I like Fili most. Because his name sounds best among all the character in the book. And he can move quick and always help others look for or investigate the roads. I think he may the most handsome in the team. I don’t why, maybe because of my “the sixth sense”. He is a rockstar. He is cool.

300 words again!? It’s too many words!! 

As we all know, elves and globin are two different kinds of living things. One is nice and always happy and the other always live in the darkness and disgusting, so their songs must be different too.

Elves have a happy life, when they sing a song, they have a happy tone. Although their songs sometimes are silly, the language is not as nasty as globin’s. At least elves’ songs are kind. Not like the globin’s songs. The words in their songs are rude, such as clap, snap, grab… The book told us that the globin’s looking are ugly. I think this is the reason why their songs sound nasty, because the globin are too ugly to use good tone and think of the beautiful language. They are not only looking ugly but also have ugly hearts. They are so cruel that made dwarves feel afraid. They even want to slash, beat, bite and gnash the dwarves, this is not enough, they want to take the dwarves away to the dark holes which is full of snakes and announce never let them see the light again. Do you think these guys will have a nice tone and language? Absolutely not! The elves live in the forest, I think their language may depend on the natural and their tone. Elves are very happy living things, so their songs’ tone are also happy. I think the songs for elves is a kind of expression. They want to express their joyful. But the expression of globin’s songs make people feel uncomfortable because the songs are “dark”.

    Yeah! Today is a sunny day! But the bad news is that I caught a cold. I feel bad. I have a sore throat and all my legs and arms, even fingers feel terribly ache. No medicine at home and parent are not at home until evening. I want to sleep but homework is calling me. And my friend invites me to go to her home and make desserts with her. I will be busy tomorrow because my original English teacher ask me to train the hosts in my middle school, so I have to go to my middle school tomorrow. Although it seems boring, I still feel a little bit excited because I can see my friends in the middle school.

   Mr. Cold, I do not like you at all. Please leave me alone!

It is raining today. I do not like rainy day because the wet air makes me feel uncomfortable. And rainy day always reminds me some sad things that happened before. I hope I can see the sunshine tomorrow. Warm spring with bright sunshine, this is my favorite weather. I watched some movies recently. One of the movies is called<HUNGER>. The movie is talk about some people are caught by a man, and the man put them in an adytum and want to play a game with them. The rules are the person who can be alive for one month will win the game (there is no food in the adytum) . But that mysterious man in fact wants them to eat each other. In the end of the movie, the mysterious man is killed by one “player”. And only one person win the game. I like the sentence she said: see you soon, my sun. 

  What magic do you want? I never thought of this topic when I went to the middle school. I don’t believe magic. If the magic really exists, the world may be a mess. But today’s blog topic is this, so… if I can have magic, I want to control the time.

  There are so many beautiful memories in our life. The beautiful time is always short, so I want a magic which can control the time so that I can enjoy the wonderful moment longer. If I have this kind of magic, I also want the time go back, and to fix some question which made me regret. Time controlling is a cool magic, isn’t it? But that’s impossible, even if I can have this magic, how strong I should be to control this magic.

  Anyway, this magic is attractive. If someone can get this magic, then he or she may be the most powerful person in the world. No one can hurt him or her because he or she can control the time!
